Bits In Glass named as one of the Best Places to Work by the Denver Business Journal for the second year in a row
Denver, Colorado – June 26, 2020 – Bits In Glass, an award-winning software consulting firm serving clients across North America, is proud to announce they’ve been named by the Denver Business Journal as one of the 2020 top 20 Best Places to Work in the Small Companies category for the second consecutive year.
“It’s an honor for us to receive this recognition for the second year in a row,” says Patrick Golec, Bits In Glass Partner and Human Resources Lead. “Our team is our greatest asset and we make it a priority to ensure that every member of our team has the opportunity to thrive and grow.”
Quantum Workplace, an independent employee engagement organization, partnered with the Denver Business Journal to conduct the Employee Engagement Survey to determine the winners. The survey measures 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. Employee responses and the number of employees that respond to the survey are used to determine a company’s overall score and ranking.
The Denver Business Journal released a special report this week to recognize the winning Denver companies that are fostering a great workplace. The overall program recognizes companies in 43 American City Business Journals markets.
Bits In Glass’ American head office is in Denver and has coverage across North America with offices in Dallas, Toronto, Edmonton, and Calgary. Bringing together recent graduates with seasoned IT professionals, the company provides ongoing opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and career growth.
Bits In Glass will participate in a virtual awards ceremony on July 30, where the winners in each category will be announced.
