  • Multiple, disconnected systems for student information caused duplicate records, outdated information, inaccurate tracking, and inadequate reporting

  • Integrated various student systems including a CRM, Identity Access Management, and national enrollment tracking system
  • APIs have automated pulling, processing, and reporting student information from multiple systems
  • The CRM is now automatically updated when changes are made to student information in other systems
