Use case: Prospective student journey
Goal
A public research university that has eight schools and colleges with more than 100 globally recognized degree programs needed to improve its prospective student view to better understand their enrollment journey.
Challenges
- With no single source of truth, faculty were unable to understand why or when prospective students decided to enroll, limiting marketing and engagement efforts
- Multiple, disconnected systems for student information caused duplicate records, outdated information, inaccurate tracking, and inadequate reporting

- Integrated various student systems including a CRM, Identity Access Management, and national enrollment tracking system
- APIs have automated pulling, processing, and reporting student information from multiple systems
- The CRM is now automatically updated when changes are made to student information in other systems
