Bits In Glass launches North American Pega practice
Denver, CO – November 8, 2021 – Bits In Glass, a software consulting firm helping companies digitally transform their operations, has launched a dedicated North American Pega practice, expanding its industry-leading low-code process automation offerings.
Formation of its Pega practice comes after Bits In Glass acquired Crochet Technologies, a UK and India based consultancy focused on end-to-end process automation services and low-code solutions.
Now a Bits In Glass company, Crochet has an established Pega practice already in place in the UK and India; earning Silver Partner level status in 2020. By joining forces, the company can now offer its expertise in both the North American market and beyond with global resourcing capabilities.
Providing software solutions for customer service and engagement, sales automation, client onboarding, and intelligent automation, Pega will provide Bits In Glass clients with solutions for automating essential business processes and workflows.
“Bits In Glass is excited to begin this new partnership with Pega, which will be a continuation of our mission to provide Best of Breed technology to our Fortune 2000 customer base” says David Hauser, Bits In Glass Founding Partner and Business Solutions Practice Lead. “With the new acquisition of Crochet Technologies we’re beginning our Pega journey from a position of maturity, including decades of proven Pega expertise within some of the leading global brands.”
“Pega Partner status is awarded to companies like Bits In Glass that demonstrate excellence across program criteria such as customer success, and that are trusted by global companies for rapid and scalable enterprise-wide transformational deployments,” says Ken Nicolson, VP of Global Partner Delivery at Pega.
